Berkshires at Town Center is truly a pet-friendly community. With pet-social events, nearby community dog parks, including Lake Roland which offers off-leash options to membership holders, and even dog-friendly dining possibilities, your dog will give your new home two paws up.
Pet Policy
Pets Welcome Upon Approval. We are pet-friendly with an aggressive breed restriction. Limit of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee is $500 per pet. Monthly pet rent will be charged: $35/cat and $50/dog. ESA animals are free of charge, proof required.
